What Supahead processes
When you start a session, Supahead processes the microphone and system audio sources you select to produce transcripts and real-time guidance. Supahead also processes account, subscription, profile, session configuration, and usage information needed to provide the service.
When listening happens
Audio capture starts only after you start a session and stops when you end it or use the emergency stop shortcut. You are responsible for following applicable notice and consent requirements for conversations you record or transcribe.
Diagnostics and usage analytics
Error reporting and anonymous usage analytics are optional. If enabled, Supahead sends scrubbed JavaScript error details and a limited set of app lifecycle events, such as app launch, session start or stop, update availability, and telemetry preference changes. Reports can include the app version, operating system, architecture, and a random installation identifier. Audio, transcripts, prompts, generated guidance, access tokens, account details, and profile content are not attached. Session replay and automatic interaction capture are disabled.
Your choices
You can stop capture at any time, revoke macOS permissions, disable diagnostics and analytics, delete local sessions and profiles, or request account and service-data deletion.
